9.4 Copyright and Ownership
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property rights in work created by DCVS may remain with DCVS in accordance with the applicable agreement or Terms & Conditions.
The ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights does not automatically determine whether personal data contained within photographs, video or other visual content may be processed or published.
Privacy and data protection obligations may apply separately to the ownership and use of intellectual property.
9.5 Alamy and Third-Party Licensing
DCVS may upload selected photographic work to third-party licensing platforms, including Alamy, for the purpose of licensing or selling appropriate photographic work.
